Obed Gallarzo had always been fascinated by the intricate dance of dentistry—the blend of art, science, and human connection. Growing up in a small town in Oregon, he watched as his local dentist transformed patients' fear into smiles. Inspired by this, Obed pursued a degree in dental assisting, but later on realized that his passion extended beyond treating patients; he wanted to revolve around helping dental professionals thrive.

After 13 years of gaining experience working in various dental offices, he understood the challenges dentists faced day in and day out. From managing staff to navigating the complexities of insurance reimbursements, the operational side of the practice often overshadowed patient care. This realization sparked an idea. In 2024, Obed founded Oregon Dental Consultant LLC. With a mission to help dental practices streamline their operations, he immersed himself in learning everything he could about consulting and dental business management. His vision was clear: empower dental professionals with tailored strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
